Azaad promote 10x methodology that causes innovative thinking and constructive engagement. He THINKS with the stakeholder for the next level projection of the organization, for its projects, people, process and performance.
He enables critical hard decisions, disruptive changes, proactive actions and solutions in the organisation. He implements TenX Think Tank within the Organisation along with decision makers and leaders who are resourceful and expert in their domain. He becomes the internal part of the strategy building and leadership team of the company.
He has decades of experience in diverse organizations and projects (Realtors & Developers, Engineering & Manufacturing, IT, Education Institutes, Warehousing, Startups, Innovation and Incubation Projects).
Personal Front: In the year 2010, Azaad and Bobby made a bold decision to Home school their kids thru NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) which inspired many to follow the path. In 2024 their son completed his MBA and daughter finished her Junior College. This eye-opening adventure and close to nature experience translated into day to day direct learning, impacting people, projects and clients. In this period Azaad wrote books, articles and took many challenging projects.

Kabir is working in multiple projects. He is involved in research and data collection for a mega website project. He is also involved in TenX project of biography and videography of important people.
A passionate gamer who is getting ready to compete internationally in online gaming. Kabir is working on a Game concept ‘DusAvatar’ where all ages from diverse backgrounds can play and discover the rich legacy of Indian Mythology. He became interested in AI technology because of this desire, which may help organizations advance and streamline processes. He is a skilled videographer and editor.
Comic book reading began as a hobby and interest that quickly developed into a significant collection of old comics and vintage books. Until the tenth grade, he was a home schooler. He completed his degree in BBA in logistics and supply chain management from Symbiosis Pune. He went on to earn Masters of Business Administration in international Trade Business.
